Finally got my cat back!

Well after a two year long wait finally got one of my cats back. Was supposed to be just a tanned pelt, but due to a mix up it got rugged. He let me have it for $250.00 instead of the usuall 600 or 700 I believe due to it being there mistake. Came out beautiful! I'll pick up the other tanned pelt and the skull of the rugged one in a few weeks.

These are the cats from the www.biggamehunt.net/forum/helluva-day thread.

That is one nice looking cat

That is one nice looking cat on a rug  :thumbsup1:  I can't imagine having to wait for 2 years to get it back but it does look like it is worth it.

A bob cat is one of the animals that is on my list but it always seams that when I see them I don't have a firearm with me.

Very nice but that was a long

Very nice but that was a long wait. I am sure it will look great in your house and you will enjoy your rug for many years to come. I have a full mount bobcat in the house and enjoy it every day. Might need to get a rug now seeing your rug.

Bobcat

It looks like your Taxi did a god job on your cat. It is beautiful. With my taxidermist, 2 years is a quick turnaround.

I've only shot one bobcat, many years ago when I lived in Steamboat Spgs. Unfortunately, I didn't compensate for the very steep downhill angle of the shot, and the 180 gr Sierra from my .30-06 removed most of his head. I'd definately like to get another.

Good looking cat for sure. I have a coyote done the same way and it took a little over 2 years also.

Cat

I accidently double posted here. While I'm at it though, anyone seen or hunted bobcat on the front range that they could point out to a new colorado hunter?
