few pics from the rifle season

Here's a few pics of deer taken off my place this season.  The first pick is my son Sean with a cull deer.  I don't like his front forks.  The others are friends of the families kids.

Well, those are pretty nice

Well, those are pretty nice looking deer in my book. It sounds like you have a very nice "place" out there. I'd take that first buck in a heartbeat. I suppose if you see big mule deer all the time, you get to know what you like, but I like them all!

Congratulations to everyone pictured here. Them is some nice bucks!

 Thanks for sharing with us.

I agree that those are all

I agree that those are all great looking bucks. Even the cull is a dandy in my opinion. I assume your in western Nebraska from your picture. I've looked at your state for a long time for a late season muzzleloader hunt but just run out of time before I ever get there. I'ts great you let the friends kids hunt as well as it's unlikely they would do so well on public on thier own. Congratulations to everyone and thank for sharing the pictures.

Man, those are some real

Man, those are some real beauties!  Looks like lots of smiles on those kids!

Just curious, how far out west are you in Nebraska?  Sandhills region, or even further west?  I used to have contact with a guy in the Sandhills, but that was a few years ago.  Whether it's whitetail in the east, or mulies in the central and western part, there sure are some great deer there!

Congrats on producing some quality deer and getting the family and friends onto them!

Those are some nice looking bucks.  I would even volunteer to come over and help you thin the herd out a little.

Critter, we have to do that

Critter, we have to do that one of these years.  Right now between my friends kids, the kids friends, a few nephews they don't leave much for even me to shoot.  hahaha  Thats alright I've shot my fair share of them and I get more enjoyment anymore seeing the smiles on those young faces.

Yes, these deer were taken in the Sandhills of central Ne.

Huge congrats !!!

Bull Buster,

Congrats to the kids on some great muleys and to you for allowing them to hunt on your property ! Thumbs up

I have realitives in the far southwest corner of Nebraska and they have some great muleys (my great aunt killed a muley that use to be number 10 in the state that was a big 9x10), but I need to get out there and try getting a big whitey sometime soon. They still owe me for taking them elk hunting back in the late 80's.

You definetly have a pretty

You definetly have a pretty good place for deer deer hunting.  Great job in ghetting the kids out there and into hutning....they will thank you later for it.  Is that in Nebraska?  If so I have seen some good deer there, but none that good.  Congrats on a great season!

Wow!  Those are some nice

Wow!  Those are some nice bucks.  Is that a typical season for you on your property?  We like to hunt whitetails in Nebraska, but usually the last anterless season after Christmas.  It's a great youth hunt for us.  We've seen alot of nice big bucks though.

Thanks for sharing, really enjoyed it.
