I don't know what the problem is but I can't get the distribution map to come up on my computer, but I e-mailed the dnr and hopefully they might have some contacts for me. If I hear anything I'll let you know.
I am from mn and there is alot of buzz about these pigs I was wondering if the is some kind of list of landowners that have a problem with these bacause a few members of my family and I would like to hunt some pigs
i found that map on the DNR site, i think going to Crawford or even Outagamie for me will problly be the best for a chance to find any. I was thinking about Oneida because i have a place up in vilas, but im not sure.
Hunting is not usually a pursuit where instant gratification abounds. It takes a lot of time, practice, resources and patience to be a successful hunter. So when someone decides that an area they hunted only once without taking an animal is worthless and devoid of game, I don't quite understand it. These people usually jump from game management unit to game management unit; trying a new one every year.
Now don't get me wrong, there are people that just enjoy scouting and hunting...
