How do they respond? is it in a aggressive manner or is it more out of curiosity,i just want to know if i have to drop the call right after i sound off, or will they casually come in? Think

A couple came in slobbering and hot but most were out of curiousity slowly comming in to check out the noise.

Bait

We can bait here in Idaho and I have never called at anytime. In my opinion if you are baiting right, the bait should be enough attractant. I am not saying I won't try it someday, but baiting in our country is not easy so I just let the bait do the attracting. Good luck with the calls.

Yes I bait. My hunt starts in 8 days, I've been baiting for a couple weeks now and have a few nice prospects comming in to eat.

I use my calls just to keep myself sharp, and they work. Plus Im waiting for the day not only a bear comes in but a nice timber for me to pop.

I use knight and hale game calls. Thumbs up

We'll good luck man. I know people that do honey burns every year but I never had too much success with em. Im sure they work under the right circumstances but Ive given those up. Try mixing a bit of sugar in it, it works pretty good also. Thumbs up Good luck.
