Recently heard of a new way of testing bullets quicksand. A five gallon bucket of sand with a hole cut into one side and covered with a pice of leather. Don't know that it will be a lot better than what I've used in the past but the same for all. Also will only show penetration and bullet performance of each bullet, all things being equal.

I read an article in Eastman's Hunting Journal about some field testing the Nosler Accubond bullet. It seems that they handloaded some 7 mag rounds with 160 gr. accubonds and gave them to a few folks to test in real world hunting. All report good to excellent results. Two where used on mule deer, and one used the ammo on a bull moose. It seems that the bullets performed well on all game. It doesn't surprise me, as Nosler has built its reputation on quality products.
