FAIR TO FEATURE WILD GAME COOKOFF

I like it when I see things like this. So many people say "Yuck" when I talk about wild game, but if/when you can get them to try it, alot are very suprised that it can taste better than anything you buy from the local butcher...... Big smile

FAIR TO FEATURE WILD GAME COOKOFF

I cooked up a nice vension steak and my daughter likes it so much she had some for breakfast. Unfortunately, she left the room and when she came back it was gone.

She thought I ate it, but turns out the culprit was our little chihauhau who got up on the computer desk and scarfed it down.

You can't buy steaks like that in the supermarket.

Who cares what people say if they havent tryed it they shouldnt moch it. We eat it and I personally think nothing is better than wild game and it tastes that much better when your the butcher and your the one who spent the time out thier in the forest getting the food to feed your family Prepared right and nothing beats it be it small game or big game and fish from the store isnt even close to the same.
