Elk Pictures and Pictures of your Favorite Elk Scenery

Hello All. This is my first post on this site and this it my first year to attempt elk hunting. I am from Ionia, Michigan and have never been any further west than Nebraska. I am looking forward to my Montana Elk hunt in which I leave Sept. 3rd. I am also looking forward to seeing the mountains for the first time.

Does anyone have photos of elk taken and photos of there overall hunting adventure they could share? I know I am going to have a ton when I get back. I can't think of the last time I looked forward to something so much. Besides my typical Oct. 1 bow opener in Michigan. LOL

here is some pics of the bulls that me and my buddies got last year in idaho.
none of us hunt together, we all have our own honey holes but we talk to each other.

Are you ready? I don't know where you are hunting, but here is what you can expect.

This is Sept 5th a couple of Years ago. We do get snow in Sept. In fact we are expecting it tomorrow 6-8" above 8000 foot.

See the bulls running over the far ridge

Now we do shoot some nice bulls
