I gave half of the bow buck to my neighbor that let me hunt his land. I split the elk with my 2 buddies. My family loves the meat. My oldest daughter requested venison for her 10th birthday dinner. All I had was elk and she told me she knew it wasn't deer. It will go soon enough.
