Eating Scimitar Oryx Meat

Hey Denvas, it was a great hunt. We tracked the Oryx herd for about three hours on the mule and foot. The zebra kept messing up my shot and it took two to get him down but WOW what a beautiful animal. They have a great place there in Fredericksburg. It was a great trip.
