Eaglelakesoutfitters

I hunted at Eaglelakes for a few years, they cater to Film Crews, Ted and Tina are only interested in getting footage of them killing big bucks. The woman who all had positive replies here hunt the womans hunt in Oct., with film Crews and Possee members there from a Television Program . They aren't there when there's 30-40 guys all on top of each other trying to find a stand that hasn't been hunted. Ted is and runs his business as stated by Mr. Maguire with most if not all of it being true.

Eagle Lakes Outfitters

I bow hunted Eagle Lakes in 2011 and was successful on a nice 10 pointer the last day of the hunt. My other buddy didn't fill his tag however did pass up a couple that would have been over the minimum 130". Also have a group of friends that went on a gun hunt last year and they were 3 of 4 including a 15 pointer 167" buck one of the kids shot. None of us get filmed and we didn't know Ted or Tina prior to our visit.

Accommodation are awesome, food is great, guides are nice and I actually enjoy having a few beers with them after a full day's hunt. Going back next week for the 2nd season Gun and the entire crew of 6 from last year are coming back as well. As in any business, weather and other things have an impact on how a hunt goes. I elected to bowhunt the 27th of October thru the 1st of November last year and saw 5 to 10 bucks per day and a lot of doe. Gun sesaon is even better. Just a timing thing - but I would give Ted and Tina a thumbs up and of all the people that have gone there I know - nobody has had any of the aforementioned problems. Looking forward to going back in a week!
