hey AR, try wood smoke sometime instead of liquid smoke. You won't go back.
It has a better taste.

woodsmoke is always the best real smoke has more flavour to it and gives the animal more taste less wild more smoked taste by the way boys to take wild taste outta any animal put it in a tupperware container sprinkle able 10 teasponns of salt on it and shake it around let it sit in your fridge for a day and a half then cook it try a dark meat duck the first time see what you think.
