Dog Translator

I thought this was kind of odd:

Now for all the stupid dogs in the world, if they would just create a english (or your favorite lingo) to dog translator...

That's true, but it would be hilarious to hear a dog say "your ticking me off".

What would be even funnier is if you could reprogram the translator to spit out phrases like "Give me some food, you fat lump!". Fido with attitude.

Yes I am easily entertained.

I never knew that the U.S. was home to about 67 million dogs!! I wonder who actually collects data on stuff like that.... Probably the same people who invent Dog translators. Japanese toy makers with this new gadget is tapping into a U.S. market of idiots!!

Here's an idea, if anyone of you are going to purchase this unique gadget, Don't, but instead send the $120 dollars directly into my account, and I'll tell you extactly what your dog is barking about!!

Some folks will pay money for anything. Any halfway competent dog owner can identify a dog's emotional state without an electronic gadget. For example, when my son hasn't taken my dog out for her walk, she'll come sit in front of me and give me a look that says very clearly what she wants -- and does it without a sound.

The big problem I'd have with my dog, though, is that I got her in Japan. So chances are if I got one of those translators I'd just get jibberish anyway because I suspect she barks in Japanese. I suppose I could get the Japanese version, but then I wouldn't understand that, either.

Huh, I never thought about if your dog is from a foreign land. Be kind of funny to hear your doy say, "I want to go for a walk," in Japanese!!
