I remember about 4 or 5 years ago watching Knight and Hale TV show and it seems they were crow hunting and were grilling them but I can not find a recipe of any kind for crows anywhere. Can anyone help me out please?
I eat crow on a regular basis. Not that I choose to -- my wife generally insists that I eat it following most disagreements. It can tend to make your mouth dry and it might be a little tough to swallow, but as distasteful as it may be, it's generally pretty good for you in the long run. I'm not sure about recipes, but I do know that it's often best accompanied by jewelry or flowers.
It would be like most game birds- I know they eat dead stuff but so do most all of the animals we consume-
find a good game bird recipe and give it a try

I wouldn't eat a crow. They are scavangers, and they pick throw peolples garbage, they are very dirty birds.
Ever eat pork or bear, Deer Hunter? How about catfish?
I used to hunt squirrels in the midwest all the time. When I moved to Montana, I mentioned this and got the most disgusted looks from people disturbed by the concept of eating "tree rats."
Crow, though -- seems like it'd be the carp of the bird world. Edible, but worth the trouble?
Might be confusing Crows with Black Birds?
You know that old kid song about 7 blackbirds in a pie? Supposedly, black birds are VERY tasty. LIke dove, I guess.
But I've NEVER heard of eating crows. I'd shoot one in a heart beat, but I wouldn't eat it.
And don't forget. It's illegal in some states to shoot Ravens. Contrary to what many people think, it's very easy to tell the difference between a Raven and a Crow. If it's alive, it's a Raven, if it's dead it's a Crow.
I once was told that there is a difference between ravens and crows. Ravens have a small feather in the fold of each wing known as a pinion feather. It affects airflow a bit, gives the wing a different silhouette and as a result affects behavior.
So what it really boils down to is that the difference between ravens and crows is all a matter of a pinion.
ha ha ha ha! That was pretty good too!
Man, we really don't have lives, do we?
