DIY success in CO GMU 54

Here is a picture of the bull my buddy killed 3rd season NW of Gunnison. It was his first elk hunt and we were lucky enough to come across this guy at just about sundown opening day. He's not huge [270 net +/-] but a nice looking 6x7.
