Thanks for the info. I didn´t know deer huntig in Nevada will be closed. I will try to find something in northem Mexico or so.

So what part of Nevada is the best for Chukar hunting? Is there a lot of public land to hunt, or do you have to get permission from private landowners?

MarcusG, I'd guess about 95% of Nevada is public land controlled primarily by the BLM, Forest Service or military, depending on where you are.

theres chucker all over the state nv. any where with water and high rock faces holds chucker. i stay to the north west we have chucker every where.
