Debate at Hunting Club

Question:

When on a guided hunt and the Outfitter/Owner is your guide do you still tip him even though you paid him the initial price for the hunt. In this particular case hunt was $6000.

If you go into a restraunt

If you go into a restraunt and eat dinner do you tip the waiter who is also the owner?

Some say you don't have to tip the guide if he is the outfitter that you paid, others say that you should no matter what.

In reallity tipping is up to the person that is having the service performed for.  Some feel it is necessary to tip everyone out there and then there are others that feel that the wage that a guide is being paid should be enough.

There is just a lot of gray area with no steadfast rules.
