I would go with the CZ, they make very accurate high quality rifles for the most part. Kimber is hit or miss with me, I had a very expensive Kimber 45acp 1911 pistol and it was total garbage for that kind of money. Kimber rifles are nice but also overrated I think for the money the CZ is the best deal.
I do some rimfire silhouette shooting at a club level and around here everyone shoots either CZ or Anschutz rifles. Some days the guys with the Annie's win and some days the CZ's dominates. It always comes down to the guys pulling the triggers, but the CZ's do a pretty good job of keeping up the Annie's that cost three times as much.
Everyone has different ideas about trophy pictures. Looks around and you will see "long armers," "set behinders," "big cheesers," and "blood covered brutes." I have a few tips to keep your trophy pictures from being laughers or worse yet just plain gross.
#1 Clean it up. Try to avoid bullet holes, gut pile, mass amounts of blood, and the tongue sticking out. You don't want your big buck to look like a angry 1st grader with his tongue out or a MMA fighter during the 3 round.
