Culti packer questions 3 pont hitch Vs Pull behind

I have about 1 1.2 acres that I am prepping and will be planting in a perrinial clover product. I want to make a 5-6 ft wide culti packer.

What are the comparative pros and cons between the ridgid mounted 3 point hitch type and the pull behind type?

If you have a tractor, I would prefer a 3pt. You might want to look on the QDMA Forum for advise.
