Sorry you are not getting any

Sorry you are not getting any responses Elk.  If I actually had any, I would post them for you... lol

I only have a couple of the standard "racks on a plaque", and while true "trophies" to me, they are simple yearling bucks.

Keep posting yours though, as they are great! Thumbs up

I put my only mounts in the

I put my only mounts in the photo gallery but will add here anyway. I will include the picture of my ex father in laws bull but I will have to run to his house to take a picture of the mount and post it later. It was killed in a wildlife ranching hunt, I don't remember what unit but the name Pinon mesa comes to mind.

Yes but I'm still close with

Yes but I'm still close with the whole family. They insist I stop and visit because in their words I only divorced their daughter not the rest of them. I still sometimes hunt with her brother and my "nephews" also. Life is better this way. At least her and I can get along now also.

That's cool.  Good that you are still in with the family, especially if they are hunters. Wink

Okay, I'll see what I can

Okay, I'll see what I can do.

I am a little embarassed to say that they are packed away, because when my second son was born this past summer, my wife took away my man-cave.  No horns in the babies room..... Whistling

But, we are looking for a bigger house now, so I will hopefully have my man-cave back.  I will snap a photo of them when I unpack them. Thumbs up

Man Cave Not Needed

That's funny.  When we moved into our new home my Son decided he wanted the room with the vaulted ceilings.  This was perfect for a study and to display what little taxidermy I have.  So it came time to decorate.  "Honey I have no room and Jonah thinks it would be cool to have his room all taxidermy decorations."  She said “NO!”  Well where now.  Get this ready.  The Formal Dining Room.  Who really uses their formal dining room anyway?  We always eat at the breakfast nook table together as a family everyday if possible.  So the wife said go for it.  Tall 15 ft ceiling with huge windows.  IT’S GLORIOUS AND IN THE OPEN FOR ALL TO SEE!  I asked and asked... Are you sure?  Once this goes up it’s on like donkey kong.  All she said was "I want my trophy Brook Trout Right Here!"  Baby you got it.  ;)  Love my wife.

OK here are a couple

I don't know how I missed your post, but I'll add a couple for you.  These were taken three years ago when I went to Africa.  I think the zebra is my favorite mount but I do have some others that I really like.  I don't consider myself as having a great trophy room, but I may have more than some.

I have found taxidermy fees to be quite expensive now days so haven't had much done in the last year or so.  What I really need is a big whitetail deer.  That would make me a very happy camper.
