Colorado Unit 69 Mule Deer

My father and I got drawn this year for Mule Deer in Unit 69. I was wondering if anyone had any information about this unit that they would share. Would like to know about the deer in the unit and if anyone has ever hunted there before. We were told by a friend to this unit was goodand after a few years finally got drawn. I have never hunted Colorado and am looking forward to it.. Thank you for any info/advice
