Colorado Unit 20 elk muzzler loader tag- looking for advice

I have drawed a unit 20 muzzler loader elk tag for the 2011 season. I am a native of colorado and have hunted turkey inside of unit 20 but never seriously scouted for elk.  i am familiar with estes park and the front range.  Could anyone offer up some advice on some areas where i can get on foot and scout this summer?

Thanks

I have some knowledge of some

I have some knowledge of some public areas in the unit, but they are really weather dependent.  You need some good amounts of snow to push them down to the lower elevations.  I do have an area that we have seen some really good elk numbers in in the past that is up a bit higher.  But is a little harder to get into.  The walk in steep in and steep out.  As you have to climb a rigde to get in then you have to go down the same ridge on the other side to get to the elk.  So while the walk is not long, just takes a little more work.  It is also hard to explain how to get into the area where you have to start walking from.  It would take my maps to get you real good directions in.  If you are interested shoot me an email or private message.
