I am trying to decide whether to elk hunt in Co or Id. in the 2008 archery season. I have hunted Colorado twice and would probably go back there again, except my buddy Dan only wants to hunt Idaho because it's the only state he's hunted and he knows the territory somewhat. Have any of you hunted both states and prefer one over the other? We are DIY, public lands, hikin' in hunters. Any info will help! Thanks.
