Colorado List A+B possible?

If I draw a list A (either sex) archery deer tag can I still get a list B (Female) left over tag? Does the either sex tag disqualify my from getting the 2nd tag?

NO an "A" tag is an "A" tag

NO an "A" tag is an "A" tag and a "B" tag is a "B" tag does not matter as to the animals sex. So put in for your either sex tag and if you take a buck or a doe you can still get a doe tag for another season as long as it is coded "B".

Sometimes getting a leftover

Sometimes getting a leftover is harder than winning the draw. First come first served. It can be a madhouse.

The tag I have been

The tag I have been eyeballing says there are left over tags every year.  Although they may go fast.  I will have to pay attention to the date this year.

Not just the date, but be there in line first thing in the morning. Guys all over Colorado will be putting in for the tags when the DOW opens.

B then A

This is more of an elk question. If you draw B cow tag can you still buy an OTC Archery elk tag? Or does your second tag have to be a leftover B license?

The OTC elk tag is a A

The OTC elk tag is a A license so yes you can draw a B cow tag to go along with it.

The formula that they have worked out for the number of licenses you can have is:

A+B or B+B

A+B+C+C+C+C+C+C.......or B+B+C+C+C+C+.....

Where the A tag is OTC or draw rifle, muzzle loader, archery, or either sex archery

B tags are cow tags available in the draw

C tags are private land cow tags.
