legal 3x3 bull

I know this is hard to see, but here is a pic of a bull my dad shot back in 2000 which was only a 3x3 (but you can still see that left brow tines was at least 5"). So yes, this was a legal bull per the definition. The long story is that this bull was actually taken on a RFW property in which the antler point restrictions do not apply, however, if this bull were taken on public lands during a regular rifle season it would still qualify as a legal bull per the 5" brow tine rule.
