Colorado governor

All right there are a fair number of Colorado residents running around here, so I'll toss this up. What do you make of the governors race?

I was pro McInnis, was luke-warm on Maes, and now am seriously considering voting for Tancredo although his heavy-handed push into the gubernatorial race really pissed me off.  At this point it still seems like pissing-in-the-wind to vote for either Maes or Tancredo do to the splitting of the conservative vote.  I kind of wish Tancredo/Maes would form a joint ticket and give up on the: You drop out, No you drop out, rinse, wash, repeat.

Hickenlooper has to be laughing...

Well, I do not live in CO, but I have alot of respect for Tancredo.  He has been a big supporter of the people in my line of work, and I like his views on that subject and many others.

It's the way Tancredo pushed

It's the way Tancredo pushed his way onto the gubernatorial ticket that irked so many Coloradoans. He demanded that both Republican candidates drop out - he ordered and then threatened to run if they did not comply. Obviously they did not, and now he's placed himself on the ticket under a third party.

I'm having a very hard time voting for Tancredo. In the end voting for Tancredo or Maes won't make a bit of difference, the vote will be split and Hickenlooper will win. I'm totally disgusted with our governor's race this year.

Well, if that's truly the case, then I hope one of them will come to their sense and drop out.  The split vote and Dem win will do nothing for anyone.......

I have been hunting for the

I have been hunting for the last 22 days and got onto the internet tonight to see that nothing has changed in the race from the time that I left.  It is sad to say what Tancredo is doing to  Maes chances but then I wouldn't give you what I have in my pocket for either one of them.  I just can't imagine a govenor that acts like Tancredo if he gets elected.  I did like McInnis but he screwed up and you just can't do that in a race like this one.  It is too bad that we can't do like they did in the movie Brusters Millions and vote for none of the above, so I guess that I need to make a decision one way or another this year.

Well, it looks like that Maes

Well, it looks like that Maes guy has fallen all the way down to the 10% range.  Probably time for him to pull out of the race so, as you said, they don't split the vote.

There was when I would have passed on Tancredo.  Not this election.  He's got my vote.

It is sad to say but I think that is the way that my vote is going to go also.

It is not even a

It is not even a pick-the-lesser-of-two-evils deal anymore. It is more like which one of the conservative candidates stands the best chance of winning. And at this point it looks like Tancredo fits that bill. With the polls showing as the do, Maes would have to be a total idiot to not drop out. He needs to wake up and get with the program. We need a win... by either of them. And it isn't looking good for Maes so I really hope he ducks out. The way Tancredo got into the race was rediculous but at this point... he has my vote. This race has really annoyed me.
