Colorado GMU 78 Mule Deer

Does anyone know anything about an area known as Eight Mile Mesa, located about 7 miles due south of Pagosa Springs in Colorado GMU 78? I have a muley tag for third rifle season. From the topo maps I've downloaded at DOW's website the area looks pretty dry. Thanks.
