Colorado GMU 64 and 65

I'll be hunting first season in the Uncompaghre Wilderness in SW colorado and was wondering if anyone has had success in that area. We also drew two deer tags. I'm new to Elk hunting but have bow hunted deer and turkeys for years. Any last minute advice for the uninitiated?
