Colorado GMU?

Looking for a decent GMU to hunt Bull Elk in either the 2nd or 3rd rifle season within 3 hours of the Denver area. Due to injury to my leg and hip I am limited on the amount of miles I am capable of doing. Typically 1-2 miles would be my limit right now. I'm just looking for GMU suggestions that might offer some reasonable access with decent Elk population. I have looked at GMU 14,15,18. Thanks for any info you can provide.

in all seriousness

Get past Vail Pass and you'll be all right.  There is no decent OTC elk hunting in Grand County or on the Front Range.  What you're asking for kind of exists if you're willing to stretch your definitions by getting into the unit within 3 hours.  Figure on another hour at least, much of it on dirt roads before getting to somewhere with decent hunting.

I am willing to travel

I am willing to travel further from Denver if needed. I just figured 3 hours would allow for more scouting trips over the weekends. Thanks again for responding to the post.
