Coloorado GMU 52

I'll be hunting second rifle for deer and elk in GMU 52. I have 1700 acres of private land to hunt plus NF and BLM. What are my odds to find animals there? We have never hunted this area before.

I'd be interested in hearing about unit 52 as well.
I am up that way 3rd season.
