Who does Ohio state play in the second half? nobody! the weak big 10 which is ranked 4th in confrence rankings. by the way the pac-10 ranked 2 behind the sec, and many think the pac-10 is the deepest. So Oregon still has a tougher scedule in the second half, we still play USC, barley unranked, Arizon is in the top25, OSU is in the top 25, UCLA barley unranked and CAL barley unranked and all still ranked higher than Penn state. Just wait till BCS rankings come out, thats all that matters. like i said the computers have Biose ahead of Ohio state.

Ohio State still plays Iowa,
Ohio State still plays Iowa, Wisconsin, who are both ranked. Unfortunately we don't play Michigan State this year because of the rotation. The Big Ten has 4 non coference games then they play 8 conference games. Of course we also play Michigan who is ranked in one poll and 26th in the other poll. Like I said if Ohio State wins out they will be playing in the BCS championship game.

I really dont think so, in the early BCS standing that leaked on espn, they rank #11 they will need A LOT of help getting to the NC game as the AP polls have nothing to do with the BCS formula. but theres still alot of football left so we will see.

Yes there is alot of football
Yes there is alot of football to be played. As the saying goes, "that's why they play the game".

Yeah, what happened to Ohio
Yeah, what happened to Ohio State? It looked like they forgot they had to play the game. It seemed as though they thought the win would be given to them. Typical for Ohio State. They play a good team with a running game and hard nose defense and they show what they're made of, not much substenance.
Wisconsin plays tough, smash mouth football. No tricks, just straight forward, run it down your throat football. Ohio State knew how to defend the Badgers and couldn't execute a sound game plan.
Watch the Buckeyes fall in the polls.

uh oh, looks like Ohio State
uh oh, looks like Ohio State wont be #1 anymore after getting there over rated butts handed to them. they finally play a decent team and get humilated.LOL. well after this weekend of college ball, my Oregon ducks should be #1 in the AP and the coaches polls, and probaly #2 in the BCS behind Boise, we will find out when the rankings come out later today.

I have always believed that Ohio St has been overrated and survive off of their history when they were in fact a powerhouse but those days have long passed and yet they still get ranked higher than they deserve and seemingly always lose embarrassingly when playing a decent team.
They just seem to shoot themselves in the foot whenever they play a good team that will make you pay for every mistake. Very similar to My Gators this year and last year.
I actually had them to win by 13 even though I knew it would be a tough game for them.

You're right about part of
You're right about part of you're statement. The Buckeyes will fall in the polls from the top spot and the Ducks will probably end up in the #1 spot. But as you stated, they'll probably be lower in the BCS standings.
Which brings us to where they should be ranked? They should be ranked behind Boise State and Texas Christian as the BCS rankings will show. But the politics of college football wouldn't have it happen that way. The "big time" conferences can't stand the fact that BSU and TCU are at the top of the college football world. It's more of a reason why there should be a national playoff in college football. It's time to get the rankings and national champion out of the hands of the powers to be.

Yes the Buckeyes fell. its about time. Well Oregon is #1 in all the human polls. #2 in the BCS. I ask you why Oregon shoud be ranked lower than Boise or TCU? If its based on last year thats not an argument because last yearwas last year and has no bearing on this season. both teams are different this year and Oregon plays a tougher scdeule. I like boise and TCU but my only gripe on them is they dont play a strong enough scedule to be ranked high enough to get a chance. if they played in a major confrence and had to play tough competion every week they would not be undeffeted and we wouldnt be having this conversaion. any team and prepare and get up for 1 or 2 tough games a year but have to do almmost every week thats a different story. I agree we do need a playoff in college football. i have hated the BCS ever since its been around. with this system there is no true champion. Speaking of the BCS where did Oklahoma come from? who have they beaten oh yeah, barley beat utah state, cinnys, and air forces, wow those are some power houses.LOL. I think the Computers for the BCS system just look at the school name instead of actual data from the games.LOL. oh well theres still tons of ball left.

Yeah, the Buckeyes sure let
Yeah, the Buckeyes sure let me down. It looked like they didn't even show up until halfway through the second quarter. Then, as soon as they made it a game again they disappeared. Very dissappointing. Good luck to all your other teams.
