Sometime next week you should be able to to into the division web site and go through buying a habitat stamp and then look at what you have on file.  A successful draw will have a hunt number in the 500's.  But you still will not know if it was your second choice or third until you get the email or official results. 

The drawing was last Friday. I can see my results the new way, but the old backdoor method still isn't showing anything.

You should see complete results for deer right now, and any point change for elk. Which just tells you about your 1st choice.

I have an "unsuccessful" listed on website for Co Elk.   A leftover tag letter will be mailed to me.  Does that mean I get first crack at the left over list?

You get first crack along with everybody else who picked that option, and didn't draw. It's first come first served.

A little perk is you get to keep the point you gained, even if you take a pick from the leftover list.

This is the first time in all these years that i'm getting a leftover list. I usually just take a refund. So, not knowing I called a week ago to find out how it worked. I got a woman, and she told me it was a first come first served. I guess she wasn't sure and guessed. After your post I just called again, and what you say is right.. Another random draw.  :(
