None of my hunting crew got drawn I hear that Idaho does not have a drawing and spring bear is just an over the counter tag,does anybody know if this is true? I really have an itch to go hunting and can't wait until summer.
I couldn't find anything about when the season starts but there website does say a non resident lic is 141.50 a bear tag is 151.75 and a bait permit is 12.75. They do offer a reduced bear tag for 31.75 in the lolo,selway,middle fork units 10,12,16a,17,19,20 and 21. Every year many hunters and outdoorsman and women come out west from the midwest and east coast to hunt the prized mulies and elk. One topic that comes up often is altitude sickness.
