I might be going to canada in the spring bear hunting and was wondering if anyone knows of a good outfitter under 1000$ THanks addict

You'll have to be a little more specific, Canada has ten provinces and three territories. A B I G country, so please be as precise as possible

Welcome to the site. I know anything about specific outfitters other than what I can pull off the web. New Brunswick and Quebec are your closest options; Ontario has no spring bear hunt 
,) and there are plenty of options once you get out west in Man, SK and Alberta. If you choose to go to SK I can probably find out some better info for you, but that's a long way from Pa.

Newfoundland had a very healthy bear population and the rates are very reasonable. Not sure if they have a spring hunt. Just looked and they do have a spring hunt.

Nova Scotia doesn't have a spring bear hunt but for a fall hunt it would be fine.

Baiting is illegal in NF, and although they do have a population their success rate isn't as high as you would think.
