California Recovery Act

Well its been three weeks sense I had my right shoulder repaired. They reattached a mucle back onto the bone and ground off a bone spur and cut alot of scare tissue off creating more room for my socket. Everything seems to be going good and tharpy started today. I finally got out of my sling and the tharapist told me to start moveing my arm around a little. So I started doing some 12 ounce curles with a few tasty Heinekens by the pool for recovery.

LOL! Don't injure your

LOL! Thumbs up

Don't injure your reclaimed shoulder by doing too many curls. One six pack a day for the first week, then you can increase it to a 12 pack, right?

Perfect

In my opinion that is EXACTLY the sort of physical therapy that anything involving pain calls for!

I applaud your work out effort.

In fact, I may drink to it!

Thumbs up

Glad to hear everything is

Glad to hear everything is coming along good, my dad had a similar surgery on his shoulder a few years ago, I think you and him have the same therapist, my dads theropy consisted of 6-10 12oz curls for the first 3 weeks then they bummed it up to 18-24 curls for another few weeks, in no time at all he was back to his normal self. lol

6 to 10 12ozer's then upping

6 to 10 12ozer's then upping it to 18 - 24?  Damn hoggetter, you'll have to sign up for the local AA group by the time you're back in the saddle!  Oh, and does that shorthair just point to the full ones or does it retrieve them too?
