Bush interview from 04 not allowed in US

Hey, if anyones interested in viewing this and sharing their thoughts on it, what do you think?

For me it seems he is incapable of a fluid and rationale thought or sentence. Instead he seems to repeat simplistic mantras about evil and killers without offering any information of substance.

Again, what you think or to borrow O'rielly's slogan 'what say you'?

Oh, please. I just watched it. So much for it being "banned."

Believe it or not, other countries have hours and hours of their own media every day. Just because American media doesn't pick it up here doesn't mean it was banned. It's a joke to try to spin some sort of conspiracy out of that. Besides, we have Chris Matthews -- we don't need someone from Ireland.

Americans aren't that interested in seeing the President badgered by a liberal reporter with an axe to grind. If anything, the video makes her look like an idiot. For example, trying to assert that Abu Ghraib was a systemic issue, or repeating the tired mantra that the war in Iraq made the world less safe. The latter statement (to include her own words that "things are blowing up all the time") is stupid. America hasn't had been attacked for nearly 7 years -- which is far better than the record before the war started.

Boils down to the prism in which you view things. In my view I applaud the interviewer for having the balls to ask tough questions and he once again looked like a clueless drone.

In yours she's an idiot, go figure.

Regardless of my views on the President, he is our President. So, I when I see a foriegn reporter attacking him, the hairs on the back of my neck bristle.

How dare she criticize our President and our country's actions when her own country was steeped in violence for decades. Talk about senseless deaths just look at Ireland and its history of violence.

Black, red, yellow and white - gay or straight - poor or rich, we, as American's are family. We may bicker, we may fight, but we, as a family, should always unite when outsiders attack us.

At least that is the way it was in my home. I might punch my brother or tease him, but no one else better dare try it.

CVC, I could be wrong, but I feel when you heard criticisms of Clinton or any other person you define as a liberal over the years you weren't as giving to your neck hair bristling.

In my household I encourage free thinking and the ability to clarify between an 'attack' and a 'difference of opinion or view'.

Think why do I bother writing if you know me so well.....

Get ready, despite his character shortcomings, I liked Clinton better than Bush. I think Bush is the worst President ever - even worse than my previous least favorite, Jimmy Carter.

So, yes, if someone was attacking Clinton I would feel the same way.

The interview wasn't a difference of opinion, but an attack by a pompous, self-rightous inteviewer.

Well, that is surprising and I only said it was a guess. I don't hold the same opinion of the interviewer and thought that's what good reporters are supposed to do. What was painful for me was watching his answers.

Thanks for your input.

Perhaps it is my bias, but as I listened to the interviewer I sensed a strong anti-American agenda.

I agree with Ex, I'd hardly call it "not allowed" if I'm watching it in the U.S. being served by an American server while discoursing on an American forum board.
