Browning...BOSS System?

Any opinions on it? I'll be getting an A-Bolt Browning 30-06 soon and was wondering if the BOSS system is worth getting as an option.

Has anyone here tried it out?

Thanks.

BOSS

I have one on my Winchester. I didn't like the muzzle blast so I called Winchester and they sent me the CR (conventional recoil) muzzle weight.....no charge. It's been on the gun ever since. As far as helping accuracy, I cant really say. If I had to do it over again, I'd leave it off. That's my opinion, YMMV. It will be interesting to see some other opinions.

Thanks for the reply, I'm just wondering if it's worth the hype.
If it is then I might do it.

Every opinion will help me decide.

Browning White Gold Medallion .30-06 w/BOSS. Love it. Recoil reduction is significant. The BOSS is supposed to enhance accuracy. Don't know one way or the other, but I do know my rifle is very accurate (but not necessarily more so than a Rem 700, e.g.). Do some searching here and you'll find some more replies/reviews about the BOSS and other muzzle breaks.
