All I can say is they treat their customers right. I use the browning Nitro head lamp to hunt with. Long story short, I lost the strap for it because I had been using the hat bill attachment. I looked everywhere for a replacement and couldn't find one anywhere. I called browning and spoke to Dave in customer service and he told me to hold on, came back in 2 minutes and got my address and shipped me one free of charge. I asked what I owed them and he said just take up for Browning when someone bashes them. Thanks Browning you now have a customer for life.
