Brown vs Coakley

Well its down to the wire for Massachusetts. Still can't believe a Republican has a real shot at Kennedy's senate seat. This says so much about the current political climate in our country right now. We're sending messages loud & clear that we're tired of the Obama regime - and we want a change, REAL CHANGE!

In the meantime the dems are strategizing how they're going to push through Obamacare if Brown should win.

They're just not getting it, are they? HOW LOUD DO WE HAVE TO SAY NO MORE!!

All this wheeling and dealing reminds me of the old gangster movies. You know the ones with smoke-filled back rooms in bars, where the crooks buddy up to mafia types and make their dirty deals. I can picture Obama chomping on that cigar... and snickering how he pulled a fast one over the whole dang country!! Chicago politics at its best.

The Dems are also laying the groundwork for spinning this as Coakley screwing things up. They're so blinded by pride and dogma that they can't conceive that the country actually disagrees with them. The seem to view us all as peasants or, as Chuck Schumer put it, the "chattering classes." I sure hope Brown wins -- not because it'll change the Dems' minds about anything, but because it'll slow them down and give a "yes we can" boost to conservatives. That said, however, if it isn't a landslide I fully expect there to be all sorts of legal challenges and delays if Coakley loses by a small margin. Worked in Minnesota.

Now here's a sign of desperation. Just in: if Coakley loses, the Dems are blaming it on...you guessed it...George W. Bush.

I find the prospective that Brown may win simply amazing. Hollywood could not have written a more interesting script. The fact that the polls show Brown in a statistical dead heat has got to be a thunder clap to the Democratic party elite, regardless of whether he wins or not.

I noticed that the Dow jumped 116 points today on news that Brown was winning. Want to save the economy? Vote Conservative -- it provides a better boost for the economy, and it's $787 billion cheaper.

I just love seeing the Dems desperately trying to spin their way out of this -- you can feel the sense of panic, like after Sarah Palin's speech at the convention. They disregarded the American people, and it came back to bite them.

I don't think it's so much about change is that people want a balance. It seems whenever one party (mine included unfortunately) gets too much power, nothing good comes of it. We conservatives had 16 years of opportunity and we squandered it with bickering and B.S. We could have done great things such as rolling back some of the damage done to the 2nd amendment but little got accomplished. Now the Dems are finding out much the same thing.

I'm glad they are at a standstill on their healthcare scam. I sent Brown $35 probably the best political donation I have ever made. Wouldn't be surprised if he is on the ticket in 2012, don't agree with him on everything , but he is an energizer for the party. The media will try to do to him what they did to Palin.
