I think he wanted to take his to Indiana for a hunt up there during the ML season, but up there, you can only use black powder rifles during the ML hunts. He told me the distance with it is it will outshoot 30-'06 but not quite a 7mm. Seems to me this would be outlawed in Indiana since they don't allow the use of any kind of rifles unless it is a blackpowder.

All he would have to do is use BlackHorn 209 powder instead of "Smokeless" and he would be right back up to speed and on target. Yes cool
