I have a friend,well- friends that live over in Skanateles Falls, not too far from you. Used to live in Auburn,myself , in the late 70's.
I wonder if you travel to the Adirondack Mountains....i see your name seems to be short for 'adirondack' bear =adk...bear, i could be wrong tho.. we found our first bear-sign of this spring yesterday, i am excited. i respect them,though we become familar with several as we live in the deep woods.
