Bloggers Wanted!

My name is Edward Pierz, and I would like to introduce myself as the new content manager at BigGameHunt.com. I recently came on board to help develop a group of pro staff bloggers for Big Game Hunt. Going forward, we believe it is going to be critical to have professional, experienced and well versed contributors leading BigGameHunt.net community. We are looking for a select group of 5-8 specialty bloggers, and I would like to ask anyone who thinks they have what it takes to join this team on behalf of BigGameHunt.com. Our pro staff will be responsible for testing gear from our manufacturing partners, covering breaking news in the hunting industry, conveying pro staff tips and telling some exciting stories. Your original writing will have 200,000+ Big Game Hunt members viewing your content. If you are interested in accepting an elite pro staff position for Big Game Hunt please email me at epierz@outdoorhub.com , and I will be more than happy to discuss details with you.

I hope to hear from everyone soon

I can write well, have the

I can write well, have the passion, know alot about hunting 2 corners of the country (California and Vermont), but I don't think I have the success to qualify as "Pro Staff".  Too bad too, cause it'd be a great gig to do that.  Something I've always been interested in too.

I am sending you a quick email though......

Anyway, Welcome Edward!!!!

You'll be fine !

Sean,

You don't have to take an animal every to be a successful hunter. I read your advice quite often and you are very helpful and insiteful.

Good luck with the gig !

looking forward to it!

Sean - I look forward to your posts and pics!  In fact - as incredible as the staff of BGH is, it is the amazing wealth of knowledge contributed from all of the members that makes BGH the BEST hunting site on the net!

Thanks for the kudos guys.  I

Thanks for the kudos guys.  I did exchange some emails with Edward.  Seems like a really good gig.  However, even though I do get out hunting often, I don't think it's often enough to justify a blog on my own.  I will be introducing my oldest son to hunting this fall, and thought that may be a good angle, plus all my humorous outdoor follies Wink.

All that said, It wouldn't be fair to Edward, if I commited to something and only did a half-a$$ed job at it.  Maybe if I find myself getting out more than I anticipated, I will revisit the idea.  Like I said, it looks like a good gig, and story telling/hunting are both things I love to do........

I do look forward to reading yours Mike..... Thumbs up

Pro Blog

There is no way I could be considered a "pro" at anythig.

I just reignited my passion for hunting recently and started learning how to hunt all over again last year. My perspective is that of a "newbie". I look forward to reading what you guys put up though and have learned quite a lot on this site.
