this should be the most important bear u lay ur eyes on !
I could not be happier ,, this is awesome ,small or big,,, this bear mean a lot to me and should mean a whole lot to u too..

You are right on money and to see this bear hiting ur crib without food is a big bonus to u and a big help .. don't do anything to spook this bear, this bear is helping u a lot in establishing a permanent baitsite, when baiting start u r gonna see a lot more bears for sure ,, until then this bear gonna make a new ( HIGHWAY TRAIL ) straight to ur baitsite !!

u've done a great job in locating and picking this area ! congratulation !! Thumbs up
I can see ur whole family going nuts over the picture, u r gonna see a whole lot more of pictures like this one in the near future !!

Boy you’re not kidding, Man was I surprised.
I expected to find the cameras empty again or only blue jays, squirrels, or raccoons.
The other camera was empty
Yea they went crazy when there was a bear in the picture.
Do you think that this camera is too close though?

This one is a thirty two yard clean shot, the stand is to the south east.
The middle crib is forty five yards, the stand is to the north east.
The crib where all the big tracks are is 55 yards, the ground blind is well concealed to the south.
All the stands are 15 ft ladders. The ground blind is the outhouse pop-up with lots of cover, and I'll be on a 10 ft ladder 25 yards behind her.

Done
First bait is out.
A friend of mine carried out about 100lbs of bait each to all 3 cribs.
Meat scraps, dog food, pop corn, bread, and gallons of fryer grease.
It took 4 1/2 hours
We did honey burns at the north and middle cribs not the lower crib, we forgot the cooker in the truck, we will burn there on Saturday.
Cameras are set at all the cribs.
Cant wait.

did u spray the trees while walking with blood, stinky juice on trees 5 feet high or u forgot ?

do u have a good stinky lure to use or not ? let me know

Yep
It was a mix of anise oil, liquid smoke, vanilla and water.

As for that picture of that small bear, if you could see this spot, you would wonder why it took so long, everywhere there are tracks and trails, sooner or later one of them had to walk in front of the camera.

Welcome back
Busy huh?

Lots of oil (I came home covered in it).
No dead animal.
Whats stinky juice?
We sprayed the smoke mix everywhere.
