Black Hills 8 pointer

Got a nice bodied 8 point buck on Saturday.  He was down on the ground at 7:10 am.  It was an excellent morning, now my season is done untill December 11th when muzzleloader season starts.

Congratulations on your buck!

Congratulations on your buck! I am thinking about making it up that way for the late pronghorn season that was just brought to my attention. I am kind of thinking that it will be a touch colder up there come January when that hunt is slated to take place. One more note on taking hunting pictures... SMILE! ha I am just giving you a hard time. Great buck and good work.

Nice!

I read your post about your success with the muzzleloader before I read this.

Shhhh - I won't tell anyone who hasn't read it yet.

Nice buck there. Glad you were successful so early in the season.

You must have a good spot with a fairly high density of deer.

Thanks again for the report - we like seeing pictures of deer and other critters that have been brought down to provide sustinence for our families.
