what are you hunting over in billings .....antelope

Yes, hunting antelope out of Winnett. If that goes well, we'll hopefully get to do some waterfowl or upland hunting for the balance of the trip. We don't know beans about lope but it should be a good time. Any hints???

hey...... you should have a great time don't get all excited about the deer you'll see stay focused on the antelope remember 4 things they see you before you see them. thet aren't as far away as they look. they are a little smaller than deer giving you a bad dictance perspective..... along those lines anteolpe live in the flat grasslands noyhing out there to help judge distance ( randge finder ) your shots will be farther than you are use to in KY I'm guessing avg. shot 250 to 400 yards. and 4th the differance between an antelope standing still and one running 60mph is one step...... so don't wait to long to squeeze the triger.... Yeah theres all kinds of resturants,outback,Red lobster,olive Garden,get a good meal in ya the head on over to Planet Lockwood,ask them and they can set you up for a good old fashioned hang-over.

By my recolection.... A good ole fashion rowdy night is easily found throughout the entire state of montana!
