Big Fish Gone?

Interesting read....

Study: Only 10 percent of big ocean fish remain

I think the commerical fishing industry should be better regulated like land based harvesting (logging, hunting) is.

Between pollution and over fishing, the oceans are doomed. I haven't bought a wild catch fish for consumption in I don't know how long, all of it is farm raised from trout, catfish, shrip, to salmon.

Well it would be nice if this got reigned in, I want some big fish around when I can finally afford to do some deep sea fishing....

I believe the article, research published in Nature is highly respected. Lots of critical peer review....
