Best hunting town in the west

I've lived in Pennsylvania my whole life, and I'm ready to move westward for better hunting opportunities. Does anyone have any recommendations on places with excellent hunting that are still decently sized towns (25,000 people or more)? A location with elk mule deer, and maybe pronghorn is what I'm hoping for.

Casper, WY Flagstaff,

Casper, WY
Flagstaff, AZ
Boise, ID
Billings, MT

Those are the cities that come to mind when I read your thread. Me, I'm looking for smaller than any of those. Good luck in your search and enjoy retirement. I'm planning to head to WY when I finally retire.

Boseman, Butte and Kalispell,

Boseman, Butte and Kalispell, Mont. Don't know the size of Libby anymore but another good place. If I were to move to Montana I'd get real serious about Thompson Falls and Plains.
