A machine shop in Philipsburg, PA built one of the finest powder measures produced.
The "Belding & Mull visable powder measure"
It cuts a finer, more consistant charge of extruded (long grain powders) than any I've ever seen. I've seen a good number of them.
It was used by many bench rest shooters some years back.
The good news is that the new owners of the shop are putting the measure back into production again. They hope to have them for sale by the end of this year.
You can still find one of these units on the on-line auction sites on occasion.
They did get what was left over in parts and some are available. I just purchased a new super magnum charge tube 40 to 135 gr. I've wanted one for years.
It's really not that big a deal as if I wanted an 8o gr charge, I just cut 40 twice. Sadly enough I paid for the charge tube what I paid for the entire measure.
