RCB makes a fine one and has a whole kit for the beginner reloader. I still use mine and have no problems with my loads. Some people like to use progressive loaders but I like the one at a time approach. I have better control over the process for one and I hand weigh each and every powder weight.

I started with the Lee Anniversary kit and still use most of it. RCBS makes a good kit too. As you get experience you will find that there are a lot of tools/gear that some companies make better than others so brand loyalty will be a non-issue.

For a beginner, a single stage press is better to learn on. You need to learn to make quality ammo before quantity.
