Sportsman Wharehouse didn't seem to be any cheaper last time I shopped there than Cabelas. Plus there wasn't as big of a selection at SW. But that was the only place I could get to before my hunt. I don't mind shopping there, but if I had my choice, I'd get my gear from Cabelas.
For hunting I would have to go with Cabela's. Now years ago when Gander Mountain was just as big as Cabela's I bought more from them than either Cabela's or Bass Pro. It always seamed that they carried a better line of products.
When calling coyotes, more often than not they will circle on a target they are
coming into and approach from the downwind side. Presumably they do this in
order to align what they smell, with what they are hearing.
This means that you should always have your downwind side camouflaged and have
an open shooting lane. If the area is heavily covered the coyote could come in
take a look and be gone, with you none the wiser.
