I don't think you can go wrong with either. I have used the tripleshock but not the MRX. It looks almost the same but is stated to have better downrange performance. That can't be bad. Availability may be an issue with the MRX.
ok thanks for info. i personally use the 180 grain win supreme accubonds in my 300 wsm. its a browning a bolt and seems to like them very well and its one of the best bullets ballistically that i can find (if not the best)
I still use the same bullets as ten years ago man I figure if they do the job and you havent had any probs why switch I try out diff ones here and there but most dont compare to my federallies but Im sure if winchester makes em they must be good. 2 things that never let me down in my life my dog and my winchester.
I've spent countless hours either on my hands and knees or bent over, messing up my back, looking for blood. One such instance I remember most was a hog hunt a few years ago in Mississippi. I had never shot a hog so when I poked a hole in this guy; I was determined to find him. Wearing snake leggings, I crawled on my hands and knees through the briars and the brambles and bushes where a rabbit wouldn't go. I found a spot of blood here and there but never the pig. And lucky for me, I didn't find...
